Do you do the EMOMs as the metcon?

Basically yes.

However, if you are very well conditioned and/or need to add extra work, you could follow it up with a SHORT body weight MetCon.

I would suggest trying it IN PLACE of the MetCons to start and see how you adapt.

I'm working my way down the 97 pages of post, so forgive me if this has been covered, but what is the best way to organize the metcons? Meaning if I do 3x5 Deadlifts on Monday, should I then have a short-but-heavy DL metcon Monday as well? Or does it make more to wait until Thursday to do a DL metcon?

New to Discussion Board so i hope i have the correct section.
I am looking for a video i watched some time ago about programming. It was more about programming for 12 months leading up to the games. Eg rest first month, strength for a month metcon another and january may have been the month to work on your worse movements. Can someone help with where or what this video is.

Thank You Corey, i found it earlier and have been following bens site for the past 2 months, my people have improved out of site. Our aim is the open next year and the regionals the year after.

Hi, somebody using it in the last year? How does it compare to Conjugate+crossfit?(that seems a actual "trend"?
