30 GHDs 30 back ext 10 HSPUs 10 wide dead hang C2B pullups 30 abmatt situps 10 HSPUs 10 close over hand dead hang pullups 30 squats 10 HSPUs 10 close under hand dead hang pullups 30 push ups rolled my back 2:00min kicking drills on my back. |

daily squat 115lbs x3 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 325lbs(147k) x1 time 5:16 all easy and good reps. Really happy. It is hard on days like today not to push past the strength plan. But in time it will all go up. |

•15 Box jumps •8 T2b Finisher: 7 rounds 5 HSPUs 1 box jump. unbroken on HSPUs and T2B box jumps were good, all though I had some misses where I ''fell'' back off the box and a couple of one foot hitting the box and not the other. I did not rest on the ground but on the box, so it moved pretty well other then the misses. HSPUs good, all strict no kipping. T2B smooth and good. •Run 600m, rest 1 min, run 400m. The finisher was not timed. |

clean and jerk 115lbs x1 135lbs x1 165lbs x1 190lbs(86k) x1x1x1xfx1x1x1x1x1xfx1x1 felt weak on some reps and after, I think it is from the heat and dehydration, so I will be working on getting hydrated. Still though they were good reps. |

Fantastic work Nik, I went strict hspu also , as usual, you would of finished top 3 in our box and a lot of people went at it tonight, you definately beat the Matt's.:highfive:
