Nothing wrong with being pi**ed after training, that's why we do it, to work out kinks as well and improving physically. Today's WOD looks good, up my street for sure, you gonna have a crack? |

But I'm not sure of equipment with the other lads here I have to share.;) Todays looks tough,trying to get back on the cleans after the bar hops will be tough. Really breathy today. |

daily squat 115lbs x3 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 325lbs(147.4k) x1 all done in 5:43 I bumped the weight just to do it. The 320(145k) is always tough. I always fight my knees ect. I bumped it just to prove to myself I can. My one rep( a wile ago is 350lbs, but I have not been up there in a wile. Oh the 325 felt good and solid. |

dead lift 115lbs x3 185lbs x3 235lbs x3 285lbs x3 305lbs x3 21-15-9 reps for time of: 225 pound Deadlift 95 pound Thruster time 10:22 That was tough, deads killed the thrusters big time. 21 thrusters were 8 and bits after, 15 deads broken thrusters were 5/6/4 9s both unbroken. |

155lbs ''Grace'' 30 power clean anf jerk for time. time 9:15 Good workout, fun,even after the deads and thruster workout at lunch. I was working on being in that pain area at ''high''weights. It worked some. I wanted to be in pain and try to ignore it. |
