I pulled my right quad doing thrusters yesterday, and I'm curious if this might be a common injury associated with improper form. Its not too bad - I expect it to be fine in a couple of days, but I don't want to do it again!

I was comfortable with the weight, warmed up, and 12 minutes in when I pulled it. However, I do notice that I tend to put more weight towards the front of my feet, not my heels.

Any thoughts?

I think your right on with your feet there, like Dan John says "when your on the field your on your toes, but when your in the weight room your on your heels."
