I'm back!!
First work out since the surgery.
I forgot to time my work out today might be a good thing cuz it took for ever.
i subed muscle up with pull ups and dips
the burpees kick ***

40lbs dumbell switch cleans
11 pullups with counter balance machine help

my arms feel like J.E.L.L.O

p.s. i was 238lbs the day of my neck surgary

400m run on treadmill x5
30 glut-ham sit-ups x3
30 crunchies x2
185lbs dead lifts x5


great work out...i am starting to really like this.
everyone at the "Y" looks at me crazy

every time i get my WOD on i am amazed by how bas *** crossfit really is.
i did 5 reps.
now today i cant even sit down. i love it

12x burpees
12x pullups...still using machine to help
6 sets in 20 mins

ballooned up to 222lbs prolly cuz on the recovery time frim surgery and the amount of pizza i had over the weekend

used the tread mill at the atterbury gym.
back down to to 217lbs got to keep dropping maybe get down to 210 before maggie gets back.

tried the CF is gonna take a while to get the hang of it. just got to remember front, back, jump, push, repeat
