Five rounds for load and time of:
Deadlift, 5 reps
5 Ring handstand push-ups

Scale HSPU's to abmatt not ring HSPU's
weight 255lbs
time 6:49

I was going good all sets unbroken I'm real happy about the HSPU's shoulder barely felt it, progress!!

Mantin caught my inbetween the 4th and 5th round and I had to get him to scoot back, still it really didn't do much.

Martin deadlift 25lbs. And he has more in the tank. He did that with some arm bend!

Great work Mr Nichols, those hspu's are getting much better, 5 sets of 5 in that short time shows a lot of stamina. Sounds like Martin lifts like me with arm bend, good work Martin, 30lb next time.

Lol, how cute! You've got to get some pics of him deadlifting. Nice work on the hspu's that's a great time.

Thanks, I was glad it went as good as it did. It is hard not to push Martin on. I let him do what he wants, and that is usually what I'm doing. But I upped the weight on him yesterday just to see.

I had did some abmatt situps as part of my warm up and he was all about that. So he would deadlift and do some situps in rounds. Like I said I let him do what he wants and really praise his efforts.

I am working on it. I'm not that computer smart so I'm slow at getting thinks posted(and lazy). But I sent Cathy a video of his lift in a text, she has a black berry so I asked her to e mail it to me so I can post it. I hope to get it posted soon.

Rolling and rolling

rolled my traps and back both shoulders and calfs. My calfs are still really sore from Friday's workout.

Almost did some HSPU's but didn't.

Forget that. I like all of it alot till I saw the forward rolls. I will throw up. I like it alot except that, it looks like a fun one. Is that football?

So 45min later I'm sore.

I did 30 reps of LYTP
30 reps hand wall slide
hip mobility drills
30 shulder disslocates

Rolled shoulders front and back
traps back down both sides
glutes(left side REALLY sore)
hams
Calfs(both REALLY sore)
quads really sore. It took all I could do to keep doing it.

No my friend made it up for his birthday. I was just thinking the same thing about those forward rolls.
