Yes its the pull up marathon today for you I see, you will do great as always on that one. See how long Martin can hang on the bar for the 'Hang For Ernie' test.

3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

time and sets are
time 17:25
sets 30

last time 16:21
sets 41

last time
time was 15:03
sets 52

Good workout, I didn't rush it much, Martin is with me today and I had to stop for him so I knew it would be fast so I wasn't worried about it. With Martin with me there is always the situeation I will have to stop, so i get that in my head befor I start so I don't get frustrated to have to stop.

Either way it was good, Martin was a blast doing deadlift high pulls with the EZ curl bar ans haning off the rope and racks.

Left bycept got sore but ok now.

Now Martin and I will be changing a power stering hose on my car.

Great Job Nik, that is a lot of pulling. Weights and 10 rounds very nice work!

Nice work, Nik.. sometimes we have to bring a balance into our lives with our kids!
I'm missing something though.. what do you mean by "sets".. didn't you do the 3, 5,7 for 10 rounds? What am i missing?:confused:

Thanks, it was fun, I almost alway like pullup workout's all though my arms are fried.

On the workout, if you let go of the bar it ends a set. So if you go all the way through the 3,5,7 with out letting go it is one set. If you do the 3 and let go the the 5 and let go then the 7 and let go, that is 3 sets

Great work on getting the sets down to 30 Nik, I know that was your main aim with Martin there.

Extra time for the USA 1-1 Ghana ..... Im cheering for you from here and I have Donovan for the next goal.

Didn't quite do it.

On tomorrows workout I will have Martin with me so speed will not be a factor, I will go as fast as I can but with him you all know the issue. He comes first.

I will pick a weight as heavy as I can (of course) and do HSPU's to abmatt. I hope for close to 300lbs, hight 200's if I can.

Just set him up with his own little deadlift bar and you two can go against each other. :D

He always has to have his bar, it is an e-z curl bar with 2.5lbs plates on it with is 20lbs I think. He lifts it easy, I may just have to test him on it today if he wants to do it.
