HAHA thanks , and really? I have hit like 4 13:00 now. I think my brain like's that number.I saw it coming, I looked at the timer as I was finishing my last burpee and i though '' Really, another 13?''

Agreed. Box jumps and burpees....hurts more to stop.

Great work Nik, I was hitting it in 16 strides average so that's about right.

Were going to have some heavy running legs today, Im going to have to hit 50 towel pull ups per round, the true sub is ridiculous.

Yea, it is going to be a long one, I was just reading the coments page to see what times are, and all are over 40:00 min long.

I may cap my time on the rope, I only have an hour, so I can't run over. I'll seee. The last time I brok on the rope climbs and finished with rope pullups like you.

There is alot of talk on the coments page about the towl sub. I agree with every one 15 pullups is more then a rope climb. Plus I use my feet on the climb. Here is a link to a discussion on it. (WFS) [url]http://www.board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=35681[/url]

I say go with what you feel is fare for it. I mean subs are subs. Sumos arent rowing, but it is as close as I can get. Is 1 pull really 10m? I don't know if it is more work or less, but I'm ok with it.

Oh and bring an extra towl, you know you rip them.
