Good to see you back Stephen.

Great article Jeff. There's a whole lot of people on this thread that are 55 and over. Consider participating in Senior Olympics in your state. There are winter and summer games. Powerlifting in an event in many states. If I wasn't still struggling with the groin issue I had intended to do the Arizona S.O. in powerlifting in month or so.

Did the main site workout for 100129: 10 minutes HSPU, 5 minutes Squats, 2 minutes Pull Ups, 1 minute push ups. Count total reps.

Subbed 6 minutes HSPU (toes on Smith machine bar at height bet. chest and shoulder). Lost my cheat sheet with all the details. Total reps 305.

Shoulders will feel this one for a while.

found by little tally sheet: 72 HSPU's, 170 Squats, 31 Pull ups, and 33 Pushups. Total was 306.----just in case this one comes up again.
