06/05/2017 Metcon Metcon (Time) 6 RFT 7 HSPU's 10 T2B 25 DU's time 11:13 HSPUs broke, which surprised me. T2B unbroken, Which surprised me. 06/06/2017 Metcon Metcon (Time) 4 RFT 400m Run 10 HPC 135#/85# time 12:03 HPC's unbroken, I could have cycled them a bit faster but solid redip at the bottom. |

Metcon Metcon (Time) 6 RFT 5 HPC&PJ 135#/85# 30 DU's time 9:42 No gas, took to long to pick up the bar, clean and jerk unbroken solid sets bot DU's and picking up the bar were gassing. I know its from not eating enough yesterday. Not an excuse just an observation. |
