Your just showing off:super: great work!
Thanks, I didn't beat Scott or the rest who were challenging each other , but the extra weight felt good. I'm not showing off with a two and a half hour work out!!! Impressive work!! Do you even feel it? |

Your times aren't comparable as you used the extra weight Which made it a tougher workout, saying that though Scott did kill this one! Of course I feel it, some people are very strong and some people are very fast, I'm neither but I do seem to recover quickly either that or I don't push myself enough... I know Which one my lazy *** agrees on:D |
Re: Nik
Nice run/back extension time! My legs are lead like, all those 400s would be the death of me.

Re: Nik
"Helen"
Three rounds for time: Run 400 meters 1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing) 12 Pull-ups time was 13:44 first run was interupted by a police man wanting to know why I was running from a empty warehouse. I had to explane that I was on my workout, and we have a home gym here!! Allthough I didn't do to well anyway, I hadn't eaten today and I took a fish oil cap just befor my workout. It made me dizzy and everything got real bright. I had to walk a bit on the third round to clear my head. That never happens, I may slow down during a workout, but never stop. I'm good now, and I got through the KB swings at 55lbs. I was worried about that. fun day!! |

Re: Nik
Or of course you could have told the cop you were running away from the kettle bell. ;)
That was a strange reaction you had to the fish oil. |
