Ok Nik I had to let today go, I will be back tomorrow. Thats a great time on the walking lunge wod, i remember doing it not too long ago and it was mainly the pull ups that slowed me down. I missed Nancy also, good show on that Nik.

Last time I know I weighted the lunges and I think I did ring pullups.
This was the first time doing it regular. Pullups were easy, the lunges were sore, and the situps were hard, but all sets unbrokes, no monty today, just stoped long enough to get a mouth full of water twice, my mouth was really dry.


Can't wait for tomarrow!!!

1 set 10 frond squats 105. Back is better.

great time on teh the lunge wod nik!! You beat me by like 40 secs. I had to break up the pullups in teh 18 and 15 rounds. I belong to a new globo now and these bars are a bit thicker than the ones i got use to so forearms got tired quicker. I can't have you beating me in workouts anymore so from now on its on like donkey kong!!! are you doing the wod on the mainpage today?

Thanks, it was the firest time doing this one RX'd, last time I weighted the lunges and did ring pullups, so doing it this time was way easier. All sets un broken C2B all pulls.

I'm on for todays, but I know you will out shoulder press me for sure. I have an ok jerk, but 5 rep max will pull me down. Good luck, I look for the challenge from you and Scott!!:stir:
