Na, not lonely, I'm really intrested in what and how you guys are doing. I don't get much time on line on the weekends anyway, so I'll be doing some catch up tomarrow. My times are that good only because I was running with brady, we were competing, so it kept me going. Fight gone bad for me. |

Great FGB Nik, and now I am missing Nicole today, one of my favourites. Be very interesting to see how many pull ups you can get in a row as your the pull up king Nik. :stir:

Thanks Scott, it all depends on if Brady and I go at the same time, i may end up doing pullups on the rings if we don't space it out right. As for fight gone bad, that was the first time doing it alone, it is ...intresting to check time and keep track of points. I'll be doing pullups for you Scott. |
