Just like Rosanna Rosanna Dana said "if it's not one thing it's another" My left should that I separated/dislocated? not sure [there is a big bump now on the top if that means anything] years ago doing bjj is bugging me allot after dips and sometimes after lots of pushups. Can anybody suggest a good stretch/s or other things that may help?
I got the "bump"...AC separation I think...never had it looked at....I found the shoulder dislocations with a stick helped...stretch the ant delts and chest as they are probably tight. Any minor inflammation probably also is amplified 100x since the shoulder is out of whack...so anti-inflammatory diet is also key. I still have issues doing a full dip...and it's been a year...so I don't go too far down until I can get rid of the pain.
Guiness helps too.....or at least I think so.
