Yea, my ''gym'' is here at my work , it is 300lbs of weight 1 bar 1 pullup station, a forklift for dips and to put rings on, a rope we bradded ourself(talk about hand cramps)and a rack of dumnbell from 8lbs to 40 lbs, so I need to buy more weights. Oh we are thinking of expanding it though!!
I need to get off by lazy but and post some pics of out redneck setup, you guys would laugh at where I do ghd situps and back extensions!!

it was a light day, I wasn't going to workout, my elbows are really really sore. but couldnt say no.

Well went back and did some OHS for practice (prompted by Richard Macaulay )
did the bar 5 reps(45lbs)
95lbs 5ereps
115lbs 5reps
125lbs 5reps
Focused on form.
Then the guys started in on me about doing more than 1 workout a day, I told them that i wasn't really workingout, it was somthing else. I told them I wasn't adicted, I can quite anytime!!

Haha well I will admit... I'm addicted to XF and I don't think I could ever quit!!!!! :) Well, at least I've surpassed my denial.
