I had a bunch of fails at 135lbs, all tech work, One I cought ot and was in the squat stablizing and my shoulders callapsed. I knew they were tired from yesterday.

3 Rounds for time:
•Run 600m
•30 Pressups
•15 Pullups

time 12:22

runs ok, not blazing but good and strong.

pushups unbroken but on the last set I slowed way down on rep 26, last four reps were tough.

Pullups unbroken and easy.

I hope my runs hold up against you Scott!!

Fast work NIk, good enough for 3rd place at CM2 tonight. Reckon your better off doing quick push ups and breaking for 5 seconds rather than grinding them out, its quicker. Butterfly makes the running much easier.

Yea, I guess on the pushups, I just did'nt want to stop and take the break. Fear chasing me.

Butterflys are nice bofor a run. I'm not really winded like on other exercizes. able to drop and run right off.

Oh and I'll take 3rd!

time ran out. I did'nt like the snatches at lunch so I hit it again. I wanted more, but time was up.

That's an impressive time mate. I hit the comp WOD3 again so I missed this, but am certain I wouldn't have got you with that score. Great effort! :highfive:

Thanks Matt, body weight workouts are pretty easy for me other then the fact I am not a fast runner by any stretch.

Add weight and I struggle.

One of the things I love about crossfit are people's different strengths and weaknesses, great workouts are the ones find them.

Ok so My left heel is hurting to stand and walk. I guess I jumped to hard on the snatches yesterday. I will stretch and see how it goes.

Well I managed my squats, that is it as far as workouts go.

Daily squat bar x5
115lbs x3
185lbs x1
235lbs x1
285 lbs x1
320lbs (145k) x1

all ok, but the last one was slow a bit. Martin was with me so I was destracted again, but it was fine.
