I need to get back on my game. My goal is to be back in proper form to at least place well at the Hopper this year. I've been saying it for a while, but the biggest thing I need to do is get back under 180lb. |

I felt sluggish from the start, and the lunges were torturing my quads; I probably should have opted for a hip extension, like kb swings or snatches. |
