I ran on the street , path marked by a gps, i wasn't on the track, so that is as accurite as i can get it, I wish i had time to track it!

Thanks Christin, like i said it was not on the track, it was mesured off of a gps.


Any way. after reading on scotts log the back and forth between him and R. Vanmerbeek, i went and did

3x5 ohc 105lbs
3x5 clean's 105lbs
3x5 snatches 105lbs

this was practice, it was ok till I snached, I need to practice ALOT more.

Yea it was good, tireing.. but good, it kind of let me feel the parts of the whole clean and mentaly prepare for it. But it also showed me how much practice I need as well.

well, I didn't get to workout at all this weekend, so I will be making up Sunday to day. It will be a tough week for me workout wise. I will have to do some body weight stuff thurs and fri at the least. I don't think i will be able to get to the gym then. Maybe i will take some dumbells home then and come up with my own WOD then.

CFWUx3 plus 25lbs OHS's, light deads , light hanging cleans

Squat clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

This was form work / max.I was really happy with my form, not so with weight.

This was first time maxing on squat cleans.

1. 85lbs
2.105lbs
3.115lbs
4.125lbs
5.135lbs
6.155lbs
7. F @ 165lbs with 3 tries. I know I could have gotten it with more reps, it wasn't the weight so much as elbow form. I couldn't quite get my elbows up enough. I could have gotten it but I stopped, that was good for today. Had to check the ego, it is still a little brused.

Well I didn't get to workout thurs, friday,sat, sun. My wife was of a job training thing all week so I was watching by boy.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

AHHHHH!! I feel like crap!!! I think I'm getting a head cold!! My son is sick, wife is sick. I don't need it, so I don't know what I will do workout wise, I feel like half power as it is!!!!:ranting2:

Just take the rest day or some light activity. Don't push it.

Youve been doing so well recently, that a crappy workout will just make you feel even worse!!

Thanks man, I wont do anything today. Like you said, a crappy workout would only bring me down and sap what strenth I have to fight off the head cold. So as sucky as it is, I'm not doing anything, I know I'll be better for it.

Well I will be trying to workout today, i'm not 100% but I feel like I am ready to get to it. So with a little thought(vary little) and som good natured joking and challenging from Ricky and Scott. I plan on trying Scott's death by frunt squat thing.

1 body weight frunt squat per min, add 1more each min, at 10:00am, then the Main page run squat at lunck. Wish me luck, pray for me. Oh i will post an adress to where to send flowers if I:rofl: die!!
