CrossFit Laurel (in Maryland) is having our third annual Hopper Clash on May 14, 2016. Scaled and RX spots are available and cash prizes are up for grabs to first place finishers.

[URL=""]Hopper Clash 2016[/URL] is a dual elimination tournament designed to put individual competitor against competitor as you battle the hopper, the clock, and each other through the tournament bracket to win the cash prize. Pre-selected workouts will be chosen randomly from the Hopper and competitors will have 6-7min to gain as many reps as possible. The competition organizers make up the wods, which are released 1 month ahead of the competition day. In the days leading up to the comp the competitors are paired up and posted online so you have the opportunity to game both the workouts and your first opponent well in advance of the competition.

Each competitor is guaranteed at least 3 wods.
Cash, prizes, and a swag bag for each competitor is up for grabs!
Each competitor will battle for 6-7 mins and gain as many reps as possible in either a singlet or couplet workout
