Voodoo Floss for Patellar Pain
 
Full ROM squatting causes some mild lower knee discomfort, so I have started using voodoo floss and some exercises Starrett and others recommend.

My question is, about how long should I keep the compression on the knee?

In Starrett's book _Becoming a Supple Leopard_, he states a couple of minutes on each limb.

He has many other instructions in the book regarding the use of VooDoo Floss, so it's a good idea to get your hands on a copy if you can.
