Yesterday I did Fran, and managed Rx'd at 16:20. At the end of last August, I was at 22:45 with 60#.

45 80% BW thrusters. Life is indeed good.

Nice work. I did Fran as Rx'd in 14:27 my first try, but I'm 215 lbs so they're only 44% bodyweight for me. I would have to do 172 lb thrusters to compete (ugh).

So you're like 118#? That's insane. Extra congrats for doing it Rx'd, period. I'm 143# 5'9" and struggle with 75#.

I'd done previous Frans at 75# and PR at 9:12. Tried my first Fran in months just the other day and started with 75#, but realized what a mistake I'd made. Downgraded to 65#, restarted, and finished in 8:10. Hoping to get back up into the 75's by next time. I'll be walking on air if I ever make it Rx'd. Nice work, again.

Geoff, the thrusters may be easier for you, but remember that I hardly have to sneeze to do a pull-up. Low bodyweight isn't a [I]complete[/I] disadvantage.

Elliot, you'll be at Rx'd before you know it. It's mainly just pacing - four thrusters per minute was the fastest I could go without burning out early. Anyhow, my last Fran with 75# was 7:02, so you're at just about the same place as me in regards to thrusters.
