Congrats on the WOD. You beat me by 10 lbs. How was your form on the 145lbs? My started to slip on 135lbs.

Thanks Nick, form was good, but I was shaking pretty good, it took me two tries on the 145, I got 4 reps and couldn't hold it, had to re do it.

Nice man. Glad to hear your form was solid. The place I work out in I can't drop the weights. They are the hard plates (not olympic), so I have to control it coming down. What type of plates do you guys get to use?

we have 4 10lbs bumpers and the rest are steel, so as long as we have those on you can bail if you have to, it will really up your attempts knowing you can bail.

30 dips with 30lbs vest

What a heck of a weekend, I mssed sat ans sun, I got into work to have to go fix a flat on my wife's car, I have been running non stop for days, I will probably do the pullups bench today.

sounds like a hectic weekend and morning. i just finished the thruster double under wod in 12:48. I'm starting to really hate thrusters lol. i might hit up the painstorm later on depending how i feel.

You know Nick, I saw your 35 reps and had to try to beat it. I did 36 without stopping, hung on the bar and kicked up for the last four. You were the only reason I went that far. :D

How dare you man! ;) Now I have to go for 41.... Geez, my arms are going to fall off one day! Congrats again man, 40 is awesome.

BTW, none of my coworkers truly think I can do that many pullups. Nor do my soldiers in my company. I told my wife she needs to video tape me doing them some afternoon. My soldiers I'll make come with me some day to the pullup bars and we'll all do them together. HAHA, they'll be begging to be done.

I have gotten 50once just to see if I could. Brady saw that one.

You should PT them on pullups, you will soon make Crossfitter out of all of them.

50 isn't there everyday, I wanted 50 today, but the bench stole it from me.

one set of deadlift of 10 reps 85lbs

squat cleans lots at 85lbs, gust working the form and streching my back.

50 pull ups! thats unbelievable! Its my life goal for pull ups (my pb is 30).

Even more impressive was that you managed to get above 15 in every round and above 20 in 4 of the 5 rounds. Great work. I'm suddenly worried about agreeing to race you with tyre flips:D

Hey Nik, you doing Cindy or Mary today? I'm going to do Mary, i have never done it before and i wanna give my legs a bit of a rest because i have a softball game tonight. My legs always feel like jello after Cindy lol.

total rounds was 20 and 5 pullups all pullups C2B.

I wanted atleast 21rounds, but oh well.

Perform 3 Power Snatches on the minute for 10 minutes.

*Start the clock. At the top of every minute perform 3 Power Snatches.
*Use a maximal weight. 80% of 1 RM

I used 115lbs, I have nexer maxed on it. 115 was really rough, I don't know how I got through it woth out missing.


Tomarrow will be ring extras if my hands will hold up.

I'm loving all these on the minute wods, I'm still playing it safe by not failing, suddenly the possibility of the burpee's as a penalty is very motivating!

I've posted some ideas for the tyre flipping on my page... bring it!!

Yea, todays was tough, I though i was going to have to do burpees, I was struggeling to get the WOD done much less have to do burpees!
