Massive pull up tabata Nik, you will hit that 100 on them very soon. Your pull ups are actually more than your push ups and sit ups, that is incredible Nik.

Thanks, my situps were on the abmatt, first time doing them like that during a WOD, usually I'm on the floor. at one round like round 6 or 7, I actually had to ''pull'' 2 or 3 times to get the situp, I couldn't get off the ground!

So it is a run, and it is hot today. it will be fun.

Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run
1. 3:18
2. No time. Brady hit the timer, and when we got arround it was 0:00. so we missed one. No big deal.
3. 3:27
4. 3:27

last time best and worst time was 3:11 and 3:36.

all faster then my slowest, none faster then my fastest.

I bet run NO.2 was your fastest Nik, good times across the board there. Why is it on these 4 x workouts that the 3rd round is always the most painful, do you agree?

For me, round 2 has to be the worst. Just the thought of knowing that there's 2 more to go.

Nice runs Nik. That looks like a fun handstand workout too! Keep working on them. One thing I noticed when practicing my handstands is that I overworked my shoulders sometimes without realizing it. I got tendonitis a couple times when I was practicing FSHSPUs on the regular.

Funny I'm starting to notice that. My shoulders are toast. They are toast alot thease days. but they are a week point.

God job on the last workouts nik! I haven't done any wods since Friday and I'm twitching to get my fix! All have been doing is walking hike trails in the mountains of north Carolina!

Still that sounds like fun, Hicking is cool.


Ugg, I hate rest days, I want to get out there and play. But I know, I need to rest to heal. You get stronger from recovery. But it is killing me.:mad:

Linda... How to do it.

We have 2 bars, if I have enough weight, I figure I will set up the bench bar and leave it on the rack. Then set up the deadlift bar. I'll do the deads, pull the weight off the bar for cleans, hit bench, go to cleans, put weight back(as quickly as possible) on the bar for deads and go again.

Anybody with a better idea please chime in.

Yea, I will do it, I am thinking of leaving the dead weight alone (250 lbs)
and swithcing the bench weight for cleans. 165lbs for bench, 125 lbs for cleans.

I really don't care that I will be changing weights arround, it will only be seconds if I do it right. I'm worried about the bench. Deads SHOULD be fine. Cleans at 125lbs should be too. Bench till I get to the 6 or 7 rep worries me.

Bench is the best bit for me on Linda, a nice lay down and a gentle weight :D

10:00 break, warming up for the WOD. I will have to change some weight from rthe deads to bench. At 250 on deads, that only leaves me with 135 for bench, 30 lbs short. so I will be moving some weights arround.

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
deadlift 250lbs
bench 150(should be 165, but after racking the dead lift I didn't have the weight, I had to take weight from tjhe deadlift to get to 150 as it was.

cleans were 125, got the frist round ok, second round I couldn't get the squat, was power cleaning and then squating, fell a couple..3 maybe 4 times in the squat position. got through the second set.

did sets 8 throuh1 with 105lbs on cleans to finish up.

Yime was 33:55. First Linda. What a weight moving reracking mess. Good Workout.

Oh man, they literaly had me on the ground. I could havwe done a bit more, but in the middle of the work ou trying to scale, I just pulled the next weight off and went to it. Next time...

You will never forget that damn dog Nik, it was actually during 400m or 800m over the field that the dog is at hes worst.

I can imagine you are more sore than me after doing Linda RXD, should loosen you up some violent kipping.

all strict chest to bar, no slacking.

17 rounds 12 reps, tore right palm. Fun workout.

last time
17rounds 14 pullups
first 14 rounds were strict C2B
15'th round started to drop on a couple

Got to hit my first volume heavy lifting today, makes the workout feel more satisfying going hard every 1RM.

Thanks, those don't really get me, the 3 bars of death had me all messed up the night befor and untill I started.

My hand is ok, they are just sore, It was tough twards the end. My last 12 reps were singles, I kept telling myself to get 2 but I couldn't , almost total falier, I would pull and hit my chest and just fall. It was fun. it is funny how it just dies, no slow decaying weakness, one set you are ok, then death. My last 2 or 3 rounds were brokenm but it was in sets of 5, then 3's. Like I said that last one was death.
It was good to push that last set out even though i wouldnt get it.

Worked out your total Nik - 1,635. We was very close , mine in pounds is 1,683. Hope you and Martin are enjoying your day off.
