Re: Nik
There's also £5,000 prize money to consider , shared between 4 categories, probably less for masters so looking at a good shot at £500 rather than paying to go to an event.
Don't worry nobody pastures ME!!!!!!
WOOOoooo!! Nice! That would be cool to not only win but win a prize payment too. I hope you do win it. Still, you are what 42 now? And running the gym consistantly. You age puts you in the masters which is a stronger statment of your fitness. |
Re: Nik
“Annie”.
rest day fun 50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of: Double-unders Sit-ups, anchored no matt. time 7:04 last time 8:41 last time 6:56 last time 7:40 last time 7:10 last time 8:44 last, last time 11:10 last, last, last time 13:14 Not bad but Dus were broken, hard not to spit the dummy on this workout, but it was ok. Situps were ok but BURNED on the last bit of each round. |
Re: Nik
 rest day fun and you nearly spat the dummy, that's funny!!
On the masters also, hoping there's a 40-44 section for the games this year, I can't qualify in the open, too many young athletes that have trainers and do not work or work in the gym all day, the masters would give me a shot at coming to America. |
