What are they and how should they be done? Also, with today's WOD, is there any break between sets of 50/50, 40/40, or is it straight through as fast as possible?

would these be done unweighted, with a broomstick, or soemthing like that for today's WOD?

Note that they are done with bent legs on the video and that they can also be done with straight legs, in which case the focus is more on the lower back than the hamstrings.

Which is more appropriate, bent leg or straight leg, for today's workout? Also, is it correct not to use weight for today's WOD?

Personally, I would do it with straight legs because I think it would be closer to the back extension.
Saying that, bending the legs would cause more muscles to be involved, which would allow for heavier weights to be lifted and greater energy expenditure.
There is no right or wrong here, both are correct as long as the technique is good.
I don't know how strong you are, so I can't advise you on much weight you should use.
All I can say is that it should be fairly light since there is a lot of reps to perform without losing form.
See what you are comfortable with and keep in mind that you can always increase or decrease the amount of weight as you go.
