HSPUs 10 reps, hands a tiny bit closer then usual and elbows tracking forward

My back has been giving me fits from yesterday. I hope to work it out, just a bit sore today.

Strong 145k squat Nik. Bet your glad that the judging has finished, back to getting yourself ready for next year, smash that Freddie Camacho out of the top 20 45-50 year olds. ;)

EXACTLY! I am on fire for next years!! I need to look into itm but I heard that at 45yo if I'm top 30 in the opens in my region, I go straight to the games. dont quote me though. Head the word of mouth.

It was fun judging though. Helping the people I judged to keep going and stick to the plan was great.

There was one dude that had really good thrusters and no C2Bs. He for the, 3/6/and started missing on the 9s, I must have no repped him 10 reps befor he got it done. It was painfull. I felt bad for him. All frustrated and what.

Its the top 20 in the world for each age group that go to the games this year Nik, could change next year but definately will not be 30 from each region, that would mean about 420 men 45-50 in the games final , when there's is only 60 men in the open games final.

Im sure those guys you no repped have taken it as a positive thing now and gone off attacking there weaknesses. Imagine if you did not no-rep and they went to do the workout next year with better pull ups and did not PR, shows its good to have a strict judge.

Ah your math is undenible. I will have to read up on the masters, I know nothing of what is expected.

Yea, I hope and think I did well on judging. It was not easy. It looks easy but not easy. Most people were positive. I would not only count reps, but tell athletes to breath and ''big hips'' on thrusters and just peneral tips you want to remember when fatigue strikes. So I was coach/ judge.

35 seconds slow today. Not sure why, just was. I broke where I had to, some reps had me walking arround a bit. last 10 reps I know I had 3 singles then pushed for doubles. Just wasn't there today. Still under 6 min and not to far off pr range.
