Re: Nik
Nice squats Nik! Love the consistancy! I also notice that you have bumped the weight up, seems to me you were working up to 315 on your dailies. How often are you upping the weight?
Keep it up Nik! Strong squat=strong everything else! |

Keep it up Nik! Strong squat=strong everything else![/QUOTE] Thanks Milt, This is he second bump for the daily squat. I started the 320 Monday. I figure a couple of weeks to get use to it and bump after that. That and the 5/3/1 needs to catch up. On my heavy weeks I am not over that yet. But like Anthony B. said, I need to be patient and let the plan workout. Next week is the 3s at 295lbs the week after that is the 1s at 310lbs. Then deload and then a 10lbs bump across the board if I het all the reps. |

FridayOn March 23rd, 2012,
For time: •50 one arm kettlebell clean & jerk (24/12kg) •Run 1000m •4 rounds of: 15 pressups, 10 knees-to-elbows RXd time 14:46 Fun one. KBs in 5s, 5 right, 5 left and so on. Good place to break, I was able to keep moving well with it that way. Run was good, I was able to push on the way in. 4 round solid and unbroken and little more then transition for a break. Last round of pushups i stopped at the top at 10,and 13, but stayed in the plank position. |
Re: Nik
Great work Nik, you done more than rxd on the KB, Rob made the standard, through the legs at the bottom, not touch the ground and overhead anyhow so snatchin was allowed. Well done on getting the 4 rounds unbroken.

REALLY!?!? Man at the hang position even with the C&J I'd have done way faster. Every rep from the floor. I'm posting that on the C2M! |
Re: Nik
Nice snatching and squatting Nik. Also good work on the open ladder. Ive been having trouble keeping up to date with logs for a while now.

Man it is tough to keep up with all the logs for us all! Not to worry. I am going to add in more snatching during the week to get better at it. Once a week is not enough for me to get my skill down right now. |
