all I got today was squats
115lbs x3
185lbs x1
235lbs x1
295lbs x1
320lbs x1

done in 4:55min.

I was going to do the 30 MUs for time but did'nt because Cathy, Martin and I were going to go for a bike ride in the park. Well my bike ended up with a flat, so Cathy and Martin went for a ride and I just wondered arround a creek hiking for a bit.

Still squatting strong Nik, that's always a given on this log. Just want to say well done on the heavy grace, that's nearly body weight C&J's! Great effort!
