First off I would like to thank everyone that has contributed to the message board the last year. I have learned alot from this board as far as equipment, fitness ideas, setting up my home gym and many more.
I have been doing the wod's since dec 04. My fitness gains have been moving along pretty well since I first started. The program here is awesome and I'm glad I was able to stumble on this site. The whole concept of the workouts is a challenge and a great experience, and well worth sticking to.Thanks again everyone and may 2006 be as good as 2005..

Welcome aboard Dennis. One of the best parts about CrossFit is this message board and the community it services. That whole workout thing is pretty hot too of course, but the people here are what makes this work. Use the search feature to navigate around and find threads about just about any question you can come up with and stick to the WOD. Try and attend a certification seminar if you can and be sure to subscribe to the CF Journal and the Performance Menu. Incredible info in those pubs.

Thanks Eugene, I am a subscriber to the journal I need to get the performance menu. Oh and a regular to the WOD's Good to be here.
