Not quite, the last time I wasn't doing squat cleans, this time I was, all the way down. The last time I did 170lbs, but like I said they were not squat cleans, not nearly. |

Thanks, but I am starting to see that it is skill more than strenth that is the hold back. I'm happy though, I am learning. |

Yeh i agree, i think my biggest failing in power cleans is technique. But great lifting mate!! Ricky |

Yes I have the strength but no skill, yesterday I done something like a Reverse Barbel Curl at the top of the deadlift, mainly because I was being careful. It will get better, one day there will be a Oly Cert near me. |

I need coaching defo, i just muscle it up.....I dont bounce bar off quads at all. Which probs would help lol.
