Bar muscle up work, 3x3 with green band. not bad, they got better as I went, but left shoulder and elbow feeling it. Still nagging at me. |

snatch with bar only: 6-7 sets of 3 reps. all from hang.
clean and jerk: same as snatch done, Shoulders and left elbow sore from Muscle ups. Trying to ease back into it, I hope to not make it worse as it has come along way, but it is sore. |

bar muscle up work
3 reps with black band 3 x3 with green band 2 reps with blue band. on the blue band I had 4 misses then 2 good reps then a miss. Coming along. I expect my shoulder and elbow to be sore, but they are ok at the moment. Coming down from the top of the dip was a bit sore on the shoulder but it went pretty well in all. |

black band x3 green band 6x3reps clean and jerk: (1+1, 1+1, 1+1)3 these are waves. go up each wave….no misses. it would look like this as an example….but you choose the weight: 60%, 65%, 70%, 65%,70%, 75%, 70%, 75%, 80%. this is just an example. 135lbs 145lbs 155lbs 145lbs 155lbs 165lbs 155lbs 165lbs 175lbs no misses. Not bad, could/should have gone a bit heavier. Still, fun session. |

For time: 150 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball time 10:32 last time 11:52 last time 10:41 able to pick it up some. This is just not my jam, but I was able to stick to the plan. Progress. |
