Thanks Ernie!! I had trouble with them because I couldnt deside if I was power cleaning or squat clean, so I would pull and not know where I was going. I was afraid to squat clean because of all the energy used in it, I didn't want to burn out. Dumb of me I know. But once I committed to the squat it felt pretty good. Back is ok, a little stiff, but it is every morning.


Jackie? That is 100 sumo high pulls. I saw it and was dreading it, but it is only one round. So Hopefully I can plow through it ok. You?

You must of done Sumo Deadlift High Pulls before Nik, you take a wide stance with a narrow grip and pull the bar from the floor towards your chin and back. The sub for rowing 1000m is 100 of these.

Oh yea I have subbed the sumos for rowing.... well every time it comes up. I was dreading it when I saw it, I thought there was more then one round. But 1 round of 100 SDHP's is doable. I can run at that.

Thease sumos make me want to buy a rower just to not do sumos!!! I wish i had the money to spare!!

Yeah i did the pumped up version on wednesday and it really really sucks out your wind!!!! I used it as my punishment for not completing barbara.
