Where is the programming? I see a personal video. Complete with baby holding.

The programing is easy. Multiple day workouts main emphasis on snatch, c&j and squat. All attempts above 90%. Establishing minimums in the lifts and never going below those minimums. A great starting point for young beginners and advanced lifters.
