Thank you Patrick, I will do just that. It is a relief to here that from someone else. I feel like a slacker if ''I'' scale back after the mentality of pushing on for so long.

I like doing these, It hurts some but I(my quad) feels better after.

ok with this, but really wanted the 155lbs.

2:00min max reps
double KB power clean and jerk with 2ea 24k/53lbs/1.5pood
only 14reps today. No gas.

all I had time for or I'd have done more sets. All ok and solid reps.

rolled my back 2:00min
rolled piriformis 2:00min a side
rolled hip flexers 2:00min a side
calf stretch 1:00min a side

Remember what you get now will boost your big numbers once off the meds. Get that 320lb!!
