Power Clean - Starting Strength
 
Here is one set of my power cleans from yesterday, 145x3. Any comments/critiques on the form is always appreciated! Sorry for the dark video need to play around with the auto brightness on the phone.

This is not too bad. The bar needs to touch your body on the way up. Also, you need to be much more aggressive as opposed to lightly jumping the bar up. This aggression will probably develop as the weights go up.

Overall, pretty good.

Even though it's not 100% of the weight you could do, you have to treat it as such and put THAT much effort into it.

Aggression, yes. Bring the HEAT!!

Try taking the bar a little further up the leg before exploding. Other than that, looks good. You've got TONS of room to go up.
