Sorry fellas, really buisy today. I'm real happy with my time. Scott, I was like you, I could have pulled time off, it took me 5 seconds to start the clock and then to get to the bar, but I would have felt cheap to take the time off. So my time was with set up too, so I'm real happy with my 3 seconds!!

Oh my knee feels fine, not sore anymore, thanks Scott for the tip!! Great help there.

Rolled 6 min on two ball on my back this morning.

10:00 break
rolled 2 min each glute, 2 min each leg and IT band
3 min on back on the two balls.

I need to roll my calves again and hit my shoulders too.

Great work on Fran Nik. I hope the regional works out for you. On your C2Bs, which way are you gripping the bar? Toward you or away from you? Do you think one way is superior over the other to assist with MUs? Tony

Thanks bud, I use over hand grip for kipp upllups and under for deadhang. MUs I'd use underhand and do weighted deadhang for MU practice and development.

Wow. Nicely done, Nik!

I was thinking of you yesterday while listening to NPR - they had a photographer from National Geographic on named Nik Nichols! But I figured it probably wasn't you. Dunno.

Anyway, it's good to see you getting stronger too. Are you totally done that strength cycle you were doing? How do you feel from that?

Hitting the workout early today Nik, how did you find it and what was the hardest part. Looks really tough, like all hero's should be.
