Fellow CFers:

I'd appreciate thoughts on these units, (the higher quality ones, eg; Needak, Al Carter's, etc.,) as substitute for running portions of WODs.
BTW: I think Tyler had posted something about benefits of barefoot running, versus hassle of pebbles, etc. These units, among other things, offer a barefoot approach, yes ?

I think that a trampoline/rebounder would be a pretty poor substitute for running. I think a more appropriate substitution would be rowing or jumping rope. Just my $.02.
