DB bench predd with 40lbs DB
5 sets 10 reps Squat-Clean & Jerk (75/50kg) Scoring= 1 point for the squat clean 1 point for the jerk. You may thruster it from the bottom if you like. 10 reps total so 20 points. |

right sode glute/priformis screaming today. Rolled it and stretched it but I am in some pain.

Really sore. Hip joint sore too. That whole right side is sore. |

So no major workout, I have been on and off ibuprofin from friday on. |

high hang power snatch 10 set 3 reps with 75lbs easy, just working form and watching shoulder high hang power cleans 95lbs x3 115lbs x3 145lbs x5 145lbs x5 145lbs x5 all ok. hip was ok through it all. |

squat bar x5 135lbs x3 185lbs x3 235lbs x3 235lbs x3 235lbs x3 235lbs x3 all easy. I wanted so much more. I can not deny the fact that there is nerve pain in my glute, down my it band to my knee. Wile I lift it does not bother me at all. But I am taking it easy till it is ok. So wanted more. |

I can not deny the fact that it is hurt, and I have to take care of it. Still squatting is good. I can not dead lift yet or clean/snatch from the floor. |
