Aushion - i've added "30 Muscle Ups" to the CF named workouts - you should now be able to both log and rank this workout - get your entry in quick so you'll be #1 in the world...

Word, and did you see Steven's sub 3 minute performance??!

I do take solace in weight class though. But I still need to be sub 10.

Oh and Connor Martin is simply a beast...

It was a decent performance I guess seeing as the flaws I had that you read about/saw in the vid. We'll see about doing some more of these types of metcons though since I haven't done any in a long while.


As for the the topic: all of the named workouts show up pretty well. It doesn't really index the weightlifting workouts well like CFT since it only has the time slot. Most of the other ones I checked out said "The selected activity has not been enabled for stats reporting yet." though so I really couldn't see of anything that needed to be changed/fixed to make better.

To correct the ones like CFT it should be possible to program different "slots" for each weight for each lift and then categorize them by total. The same with any other types of weightlifting activities or other stuff like running, swimming, etc. If you really want to get lazy just make a drop down menu for time or weight and then different exercises to the right that insert additional columns as needed. For example:

Position | Gender | Approx. Age | Bodyweight | CF Gym Affiliation | Time/Exercises list1/CFT | Load1 | Exercise list2 | Load2

If any exercise from the exercise list1 is selected, then Load1 column appears and you can input the weight as well as Exercise List2 appearing and so on for however many exercises you want.

This would be a good for CFT.. you can then organize by total, squat, DL or press through the exercise list column or any of the other workouts like the ones from the "how fit are you" as well as different types of tabatas. It shouldn't be that hard to draw up a list of different exercises to list under that as well.

steven - try clicking through to the advanced standings pages. There you will see a very powerful 'standings tool' that will let you do several things.
For instance - say you want to see the 'ranking' for time to do 20 reps of oly clean 200 pounds...

enter 'time, lowest is best'. then type in 200 into the pounds field.

It takes a little bit to learn the system - but once you get the hang of it, you can generate almost any type of ranking you can imagine. Please let me know how you make out.

As far as I can tell then all you need is drop down menus for the actual exercises... since you can't really tell what's going on. :\

The advanced searching thing is just what I was thinking of though. Nice.

building that advanced stats page was really tough - some crazy programming going on behind the scenes... i'm not sure what you mean by drop down though - do you want to see each workout along with a description?

on another topic - i just pulled the list of countries that have cf/logistall visitors... crazy! cuba???

When I selected "Weight lifting" the only categories that could be organized were:

Date Done(M/D/Y)

There was no section to categorize by exercise selection. So the 200 lbs you said I should select could be cleans, power cleans, bench, squat or anything. Along with that instead of just doing total reps it might be a good idea to add a category for sets. 24 reps done in 8 sets of 3 is much different than 3 sets of 8.
