Created a New Paleo Recipe
 
[B]Broccoli Souffle[/B]
24 oz Organic TJs broccoli slaw
1/2 c TJs lite coconut milk
5 cloves organic garlic
2.5 oz organic basil
6 Omega 3 eggs
2 tsp sea salt
2 T extra virgin organic olive oil
1/4 organic chopped onion
1/4 walnut flour
1/4 flax seeds, ground

Chop garlic and basil in processor with the olive oil. Combine and mix all ingredients well, except seeds. Pour into greased pan. Top with ground flax seeds. Bake uncovered in preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour.


I ate this fresh and hot from the oven. Well I did let it cool a little bit;)
I would think it would taste well at room temperature also!!

Sounds good, thx, but quick question, what's "TJ" mean? Is it a brand, or does it mean something? Also, do you use the egg yolks or just the whites?

I used the whole eggs! Thankfully I had it in the house as I just came home from Oly practice and about 2 hours had passed since I finished. I was famished!! It was great--COLD too but definitely better warmed up!:)

I find the broccoli slaw quite easy and versatile. I use it in salads and steam it lightly or saute it in some EVOO and toss in eggs oftentimes for a quick breakfast!!
