And my first CF workout ever...lol

Anyhow, I managed 9 rounds. I should have gotten 10 but I was worried about gassing so I took it too slow.

Both of my workout partners got 10 on their first.

I think he means he was afraid to push himself too far and burn out before the workout was over. Besides, a beginner should ramp up intensity slowly.

9 rounds is great for a beginner. Look at it like this- you did 45 pullups, 90 pushups and 135 squats in 20min- that's more then any average person could ever imagine doing!
