Thanks Milt. Sometims I think my log is boring, it almost reads the same every day! But like you said, being consistant is the key.

Your definately not boring Nik and it pays to have it to look back on when you come to a sticking point. Also invaluable for getting pr's.

Great work on Barbara, with chest to bar thats fast.

1x 15 foot no foot rope climb, coule of reg rope climbs.

I had Cathy up and she squatted 2 reps up to 135lbs(61k)

then 2 reps on the min for 10 min sqiat at 115lbs(52k)
Then I got them in head stands and Cathy climbed the rope from a laying on her back to standing for 6 reps.

Fun day.

Thanks. Just like Scott said, each round as hard as I can. I pace the pullups to stay on the bar, but everything else I go as hard as i can and just keep chipping away after I break. Body weight you can alway get another rep. 321 go again and again.
