I've been out of it for about 3 months now with a meniscus surgery, buying a house, moving, new job and new city.
But I AM BACK.... Yesterday I paid for a month membership at FlexGym and I am going to go to the group classes. The WOD yesterday was.. 5 rounds 8 deadlift, 185# 20 wallball, 16# ball 7:32 I am really sore today!! I weighed 177# yesterday. I can't wait to get back into this, I've been feeling decidedly soft. No more. |

I haven't been posting here since I started at FlexGym. I'd like to start again so I can keep track of what I am doing.
Hannah and I started our competition yesterday. She is losing weight and I am supposed to gain 10# of muscle. Kevin turned me onto this deal where you drink a gallon of milk a day and also do Super Squats (1 set of 20 -can't put the bar down once you start- and increase the weight by 5# a week) Started that today, but haven't drank all the milk yet. Also bought some stuff at GNC yesterday to supplement. We'll see... I weighed 179# yesterday a.m. when we started the competition. Todays WOD: 30-20-10 155# deadlift knees-to-elbows double-unders 10:04 the set of 20 knees-to-elbows was a forearm crusher! |

1-1-1-1-1 134-145-150-155-160(f) push press 3-3-3-3-3 145-155-175-185-195(x2) push jerk 5-5-5-5-5 155-165-175-185(x3)-DNF Weaker then last time, which was about 3 months ago, by about 10#. bummer. |

5 rounds at 155 deadlift, 12 rep hang power cleans, 9 rep push jerk, 6 rep 19:16 That is 3.5 minutes slower then last time. Wasn't feeling it today. Still getting back into the swing of things. |

Still trying to do the super squat sets. I have not been doing them very consistently. Need to get back on it. I'm up to 195#s
