I was at work last week and just couldn't sleep (fireman). I checked the WOD and then started to check the WOD's of years past. Three hours later I felt sleepy and a lot smarter. Tons of good info given out since this treasure was started.
Just wanted to share some knowledge about the knowledge.

I have done that a few times, when on duty, late at night.
What struck me the most was the comments for the WOD. Sometimes there were no comments, then a couple. Compared to how may there are daily now!
I know what you mean. The combinations of exercises and round lengths are endless. You can really go crazy with this stuff. Building own garage gym at home cause I'm tired of the people at my gym staring and asking what are you training for? I'm training for life dog. Talk to you later dudes. Go get some!
