50 Box jump, 24 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45 pounds 50 Back extensions 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 Double unders( no jump rope, so I did tuck jumps) time 25:47 |

Nice time. AND with tuck jumps! I think these must be harder than du's from a cardiovascular standpoint. |

For time: Snatch 135 pounds, 30 reps This was the first time doing snatches, so I scaled big time to get the form down, I did 65lbs time 3:50 or so. Like i said I was trying to get form down.It was pretty good, I enjoyed it. |

Wow. It's kind of funny for me to think about doing it with 135 lbs. Hardly made it through with 45! I'm impressed. Where did you learn the snatch from?

pre WOD core work.
3sets of 15 unanchored situps with 25lbs 3sets of 15 back extensions with 25lbs 3sets of 10 GHD's no weight, they are tough enough. Camile, I learned oly lifting in school, I'm rusty, but I'm pretty flexible so it has been pretty fun to get the dynamic movements again. |
