Hi Parth,

This is just my two cents, but instead of alternating days, you may want to try incorporating the O-lift training as part of your post WOD cool down using very light weight and concentrating on getting the form down. Personally, I like Dan John's modification of Dave Turner's program. You learn skills much better when you're fresh, maybe it would be better to do them before the WOD, or in a separate workout.

thanks, on second thought, maybe performing the wods would be a better idea. I just wanted to learn the lifts, but I worked out today and it seems I really don't need too much work on it. Just have to use lighter weights. I was trying to do the front squat, but I couldn't because I couldn't keep the weight up. But the snatch felt really good because I didn't put any weights on the bar for my first set... so anyways I think I just have to go really light.

normal, 300 lb weight set. Standard. Chrome, black weights.
