just an interesting note
a year ago i could not climb to the top of a 12 foot rope. after a year of crossfit work i can now scale a rope easily and quickly with no feet. also a few days ago(for the first time) a got a wild notion to try a weighted rope climb. so i tied a small kettelbell around my waist, and up the rope i went.
Congratulations, Shane! What has happened to your pull-ups in the same time period?

as to you question, my pull-ups have doubled, from a 4 rep max, to a 8 rep max. also i can do more sets now.
