A couple of weekends ago, the CrossFitter's here in San Antonio got together and did the following WOD:

3 rounds for time of:
30 Double Unders
30 Sit-ups
30 Step Lunge Walk w/ 25# dumbbells
30 Burpees

I'd like to hear others thoughts about this one. I know for sure that it pretty much smashed my posterior chain!
