Today i tried my first workout with crossfit.Usually i try to run 2 miles atleast 3 times a week so i didnt think it was gonna be that hard.After this workout my arms and legs were sore.My legs never been sore after a run.Im loving Crossfit already!
Run 400 meters;50 push-ups;Run 400 meters;50 Sit-ups;Run 400 meters;50 Squats;Run 400 meters;25 Sit-ups and 25 Push-ups (400 meters=1/4 mile)

I almost threw-up after that workout. Crossfit is the best thing that ever happened to me. I have been crossfitting for about 2 months and the results are amazing, and welcome aboard........

Of course his reply was "Uhhh....never had that happen" as he scrambled to find me a garbage can (which I luckily didn't use).

This workout was my second kicked my butt for sure. My husband was so proud I met Mr. Pukie.
He has been doing crossfit off and on for over the last year and still has not met him. Who would have thought I would be envyed for tossing my cookies.
