snatch and squat cleans snatch 75lbs x1 95lbs x1 115lbs x1xfx1 135lbs xfxfx1 Not a good day for it. Just wasn't there cleans (done in 5 mins left of break) 135lbs x1 165lbs x1 185lbs x1 205lbs(93k) x1 cleans were solid. Time was up so no heavier trys. Not bad for being tired. |

30 reps all GHDs with 10lbs back ext 25lbs abmatt situps 25lbs over head pushups OHSs with bar deadhang pullups in 10s wide C2B close over hand close under hand 10 reps HSPUs( really hard today, I think from yesterdays workout) rolled my back 2:00min |
